Job Title: Counter Associate

Job Type: Full time/Part time

Pay Type: Hourly

Pay Range: $16.00- $22.00

Job Description: Counter associates play a crucial role in selling products to consumers. They will be working on site, at our pick-up center maintaining 4 of our sales areas. Responsibilities of counter associates include, but are not limited to: Sales entry, packing, and carry outs. Counter associates must also greet and engage with our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience. They will also offer assistance when necessary and generate additional sales.

 

Requirements:

• Must possess strong communication skills with consumers and coworkers

• Must be able to work effectively independently and as a team player to perform all tasks assigned

• Must have the ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain)

• Must have the ability to push and pull carts, racks, or flatbeds without accommodation

• Must be customer service oriented, with a background in customer service or sales

• Plant knowledge preferred, or have a willingness to learn

• Must always maintain a professional appearance and attitude

• Bilingual is a plus
