Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to become part of our Inside Sales Team at Angel Plants.  We are a large wholesale foliage plant company.  Our customer base includes mass markets, independent garden centers, florists, and landscape contractors. 

Our ideal candidate for our Inside Sales Associate is a motivated, hardworking sales-driven individual who has a passion for plants and enjoys working with the public.  This position will focus on generating sales through a planned sales effort, developing new accounts and continually building customer relations with established key accounts by providing superior customer service.

Requirements:

• Must possess strong communication skills with consumers and coworkers

• Must be able to work effectively independently and as a team player to perform all tasks assigned

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of retail, wholesale, or distribution related sales experience

• Must have knowledge of tropical foliage and flowering plants.

• Mastery of fundamental selling skills

• Must have a proven record of achieving sales goals

• Must have excellent oral communication and listening skills

• Must have the ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with seasonal work demands

• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office suite

• Maintain assigned customer accounts via phone and email contact

• Provide product availability and pricing information to customers.

• Meet established sales goals

• Must be able to work both in an office environment and in our customer pick up area as needed

• Bilingual is a plus
